Information received through this site

The site itself does not collect project-inquiry information. If you choose an email or phone link, your message or call is handled by the providers you and Michell Chase use. As with most websites, our hosting provider may process routine request and security data needed to deliver and protect the site.

How direct inquiries are used

Information you send by email or provide by phone is used to understand and respond to your inquiry, arrange a secure exchange when needed, and evaluate a possible engagement. Contacting us does not enroll you in marketing email.

Who may receive it

Inquiry information may be shared with Michell Chase team members or professional advisers only when needed to evaluate or respond to the inquiry and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not sell inquiry data.

What not to send in an initial message

Do not send drawings, calculations, export-controlled or restricted technical data, classified or controlled unclassified information, personal data that is not needed for the inquiry, or material you do not have authority to share. We can arrange an NDA and secure transfer method after initial contact. Contacting us does not create an engineer-client relationship or confidentiality obligation.

Retention and questions

We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate an engagement, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or professional obligations. To ask about information you provided or request correction or deletion where applicable, email jon@michellchase.com.

The current public site does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies. Links to outside websites are governed by those sites' own privacy practices.
