We review a representative current or past design using the drawings, models, load cases, calculations or FEA, finished weight, landed or recurring cost, and manufacturing information that are available.
Typical result: A concise assessment of likely opportunities, important unknowns, and whether deeper work appears justified.We develop and analyze a concept-level alternative for selected representative and critical load cases to test whether meaningful weight, cost, or performance improvement appears technically credible.
Typical result: An evaluation-only concept and analysis summary—not production drawings or a fabrication release unless those services are separately scoped.Before a larger redesign, we agree on the starting design, weight and cost basis, production assumptions, included cost categories, scope, target results, and how improvement will be measured.
Typical result: A technical and commercial baseline that makes the opportunity, assumptions, and decision points visible.We reconsider the structure from its governing loads and real interfaces, then develop the layout, connections, materials, CAD, analysis, drawings, tolerances, manufacturing approach, and supplier plan together.
Typical result: The coordinated engineering package defined by the project—supported by calculations, checking, manufacturing collaboration, and controlled release.We support purchasing, manufacturing, quality, the selected supplier, and installation through quotations, manufacturing plans, inspection questions, changes, and first-build learning.
